Supporting the deal coverage of pan European cross sector teams servicing deals in M&A and Corporate, you will execute pre-deal due diligence, merger integration assignments, deal execution project management assignments, and a comprehensive range of other acquisition services.
Who we're looking for
* Excellent academic profile and outstanding client presentation skills are essential.
* Fluency in one or more other European languages is distinctly advantageous.
* Previous recent and highly relevant experience in Transaction Services in a top tier accounting/ consulting practice, or experience in corporate finance in a banking and/or boutique corporate finance environment is essential.
