Our client is one of the Offshore 'Magic Circle'. Following their recent launch in Russia, they are looking to recruit a Corporate Lawyer to head up their Corporate, transactional practice. You will be working with a high degree of responsibility from the start, working in a role that allows you to combine top-tier technical work with the entrepreneurial side of marketing the firm and Business Development. The main services of the firm revolve around providing advice to international clients on Corporate law across the firm's three major offshore jurisdictions: Bermuda, BVI and the Cayman Islands. Transactional work will focus on M&As, IPOs, and general Company Formation and Corporate advice on the three jurisdictions. This opportunity offers excellent prospects for future development in the firm, across multiple jurisdictions.

Who we're looking for
• Candidates MUST hold a Common-Law qualification, with strong experience gained from a top City or regional firm.
• Alternatively, Russian-qualified candidates with experience in a Common-Law jurisdiction with also be considered.
• You must be willing to relocate to Moscow, and to growing the firm.
• If qualified from another Common-Law jurisdiction than the UK, you should be willing to requalify in one of the firm's key jurisdictions (Cayman, BVI, or Bermuda).
• You should be committed to growing the firm in Russia, training junior members of staff and using strong interpersonal skills to develop the client base.

The firm specialises in providing exceptional client service, with a focus on Corporate advice on the Bermuda, BVI and Cayman Islands' jurisdictions. They have recently launched their first Russian practice, specialising in advising Russian, and Eastern European clients, on Offshore law.
