As manager you will be responsible for the day-to-day smooth running of this extremely busy restaurant.

Who we're looking for
Due to the diversity of this role, the ideal candidate will demonstrate the following skills:
• A good working knowledge of profit and loss
• A proven track record of hospitality management
• A good understanding of time management
• High levels of communication skills amongst your team
• A passion for high standards of both customer service and quality of product

Our client is a large, branded, home furnishings retailer with stores nationwide. Within their stores, our client run restaurants offering a wide range of food and drinks along with a food hall.
