This position will be to report to the Assistant Director of Commissioning, and it will be your responsibility to support the development and implementation of the practice based commissioning with GP Practices,PCT directorates and service providers. To create a link between the PCT,the local health and social care communities. You will lead management projects, establish effective working relationships and proactively support the working practices.

Who we're looking for
Ideally CCAB qualified with previous NHS experience. You will bean effective communicator across all levels of management and supplier.
