We are looking to build upon the success of our Marketing & Business Development team with the recruitment of an additional Business Development Manager.
Key Duties will include:
* Delivery of the firm's tenders and pitches, continued development of process and content through competitive benchmarking.
* Developing and managing an automated tenders/pitch system
* Supporting the firm-wide key client programme
* Working with the campaigns team on a co-ordinated approach to the BD aspects of sector and product campaigns
* Assisting in the design and delivery of BD and client care training to all levels of lawyers.
Who we're looking for
The right candidate for this Business Development Manager role will have proven track record in business development, ideally in a legal or professional services environment.
Most importantly, you'll be resilient and focused on delivery, with the ability to influence at senior level and gain credibility throughout the business. This is a dynamic and fast-moving environment, so you'll be able to work to tight deadlines and effectively demonstrate your excellent written/verbal communications skills and project management ability.
CIM/Degree qualified individuals are preferred though not essential.
