Ensure contract delivery in accordance with Group & Client requirements for Health, Safety, Environment & Quality
Ensure all site set up arrangements are implemented; including services & site welfare
Implement Divisional, Sector & Contract specific procedures
Identify, manage & develop resources to meet the requirements of the contract (including sub-contractors and supplies)
Manage performance against contract specific requirements (including KPI's)
Co-ordinate project delivery ensuring timescales & budgets are met & that contractual & legal requirements are fulfilled
Compile & analyse Key Performance Indicators
Develop and manage contract budgets & forecasts
Assist with budgetary decisions
Monitor contract budgets & forecasts
maximise profitability
Ensure that the required resources are in place for the effective running of the contract
