The Job - With the success of our current products and considerable new product and market opportunities ahead, the company is seeking recruit a HEAD OF PRODUCT MARKETING, who will report to the VP Sales & Marketing. This is a key role within the management team helping to define, control and implement our future product strategy and related activities.

The Role
• Maximise Sales and Profitability of our current product portfolio
• Promote Bill Management Solutions to the market
• Lead a team of seven product and pre-sales managers
• Set strategic vision, define products, drive the technical delivery team, oversee the creation of pre-sales material and campaign activity
• Define target markets, develop a detailed product roadmap & pricing model
• Detail the route to market and set the level of campaign activity
• Gain board approval for product strategy, business case and roadmap,
• Lead the product management and cross functional technical teams to implement product initiatives.

Who we're looking for
The Candidate - We seek a highly motivated & ambitious specialist with the following qualifications
• Ideally of graduate calibre.
• Experience in product management.
• Record of achievement in product management, ideally with broader business skills.
• High degree of creative flair.
• Experience in the field of telecommunications and Web based software applications is a must
• Telco operator background is a distinct advantage

The position would require some travelling both in the UK and abroad which will involve overnight stays. The candidate must have their own transport and a clean driving license.
