Lead Talent & Resourcing Manager

Reporting in to the HR Director you will be responsible for the overall management of the talent and resourcing activity . You will be the driving force for effective talent management, ensuring that resources and succession planning, performance management, internal development and external resourcing meet the overall Talent and Resourcing goals of the brand.
Your role will be both operational and strategic, supporting and coaching line managers on a day to day basis to effectively manage their employees and identifying growth opportunities and forecasting hire requirements. This is a challenging and rewarding role, and will give you high-level exposure to every area of their business.
Your key accountabilities will be:-
• To develop a Talent and Resourcing strategy that will support the Business Plan, both in the UK and internationally.
• To formulate and deliver development strategies across all areas of the business.
• To ensure there is effective pipeline development, resources, succession and talent planning across the business.
• To lead the Talent and Resourcing Team, ensuring they receive the appropriate training, development and support to deliver against targets.

Who we're looking for
You should be of graduate calibre with a strong background in talent management ideally gained in retail or hospitality sectors. This should include a good overall understanding of Human Resources. Experience of working in a multi-site environment needs to be combined with outstanding communication skills and an ability to challenge current ways of working.
