The Business Analyst role has the ultimate goal of improving performance with greater emphasis on true partnership as opposed to the more traditional financial reporting and processing.

The key remit of this role is focused on managing the financial analysis for 2 geographical regions and providing strategic input to senior management and Directors.

Main Areas of Focus:

•Business Partner to Regional Directors and local management; providing financial support and insight to the operations
•Responsibility for 2 geographical regions in the UK and liaison with senior management across the UK Pest Control business
• Financial analysis and strategic input on the growth of sales and profitability
•Identifying areas for new business and product development
•Supporting both the Finance function and Operational Directors in the compilation of monthly management reports and annual budgets
•Ad hoc projects (both regional and business wide) including market and customer analysis, performance reporting and productivity analysis

Who we're looking for
You will be a Finalist or Passed Finalist seeking an opportunity to really add value to the strategic decision making process. Passion, innovative thinking and tenacity are key attributes for success at Rentokil.

You will have a clear track record of performance and achievement with excellent analytical skills. A strong sense of commercial acumen means that you will be able to effectively present and communicate financial information to non finance people.

High IT literacy particularly Excel & report presentation is essential
