Fantastic opportunity for Associate Director - Management Consultancy to join expanding Consulting firm in London. You will specialise in Insurance or Banking
As Associate Director- Management Consultancy you will be accountable for leading and managing key client engagements within your industry specialism. Leading a team you will deliver significant change and transformation initiatives for blue chip businesses.
Our ambition means that developing the Financial Services business will be of equal importance in this role. Using your existing network you will build on our current client base, grow your contact portfolio and promote our brand to increase our market presence. You will work closely with the Head of the industry team to deepen our market knowledge and drive the organisation forward as a tier one management consultancy firm.

Who we're looking for
You will be a credible and accomplished individual with experience gained from both exposure to change/programmes within industry (either insurance or retail banking) and from management consulting within a professional services environment.
• degree qualified with strong academic background
• thorough understanding and proven experience managing large change programmes in retail financial services, especially general insurance
• consulting background or exposure to client facing role
• wide network of contacts, and proven business development skills
• gravitas at a senior level, able to influence CxO
• commercially astute, entrepreneurial flair, credible candidate who can lead others and work effectively in a team
You will typically be operating at Programme Manager/Senior Consultant level with proven ability in leading large-scale change programmes within Financial Services.
