Reporting to a partner, the workload will be varied and diverse, from leasehold reform and bank security work to all forms of freehold and leasehold residential conveyancing, tenancy and letting arrangements. There will be supervision of trainees and plenty of opportunity to get involved in business development activities of this lively and successful team based in the City.

Who we're looking for
Our client is looking for a solicitor with residential property experience who is used to dealing with demanding clients and who is confident, outgoing and committed to delivering outstanding client service. The successful candidate will take responsibility for resolving issues, be well organised and able to cope effectively with a demanding and time pressured workload.
