As Business Development Manager for a Private Hospital in the North West you will be responsible for all elements of developing new business opportunities, as well as account managing existing relationships. Reporting directly to the Hospital General Manager, you will take a leadership role as part of the management team. You will effectively work as the sales function of the Hospital to develop and deliver annual sales plans. This will include sales planning and forecasting, customer relationship management, and new opportunity development and management. You will be responsible for new product development, market research, marketing to stimulate interest and delivering on your detailed business plan post-approval.
Who we're looking for
Ideally you will have a proven track record in disciplines that span sales, marketing, and operations. Your broad business exposure will enable you to put together detailed business plans and deliver profitable revenue streams based upon these plans. Background knowledge of the healthcare industry would be highly advantageous. Key to success as BDM is an ability to build commercial business relationships and develop practicable business solutions. You must live within the North West.

What's on offer
Basic Salary from £35,000 to £43,000 Basic + bonus, Pension, PHI
