The role as a Cinema Manager will excite anyone who is looking for a career change and come and run a multi - million pound business in the heart of the UK's film capital.
As Deputy manager you will be working closely with the general manager to optimise all aspects of the business not only will you be the face of the business but you help drive the business forward by:
• Providing essential customer service
• Understanding Consumers, providing a positive guest experience & being heavily involved in obtaining financial targets
• Managing a high volume team
Who we're looking for
We are looking for a Cinema Manager who can deliver in a busy, fast -paced, and environment where guest turnover is high and the importance is about creating the perfect experience. You will not be expected to sit behind a desk, but be the face of the cinema, playing a highly visible role and being heavily involved in the running of the unit. You will also have the ability to manage, lead and inspire your team.
KEY SKILLS:
• You will already be a manager within a hospitality site
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Fantastic Customer Skills
• Strong Business Acumen
• The ability to autonomous in the role
• An avid film fan
• Good standard of Education
