An opportunity for a Training Advisor to get a real step up in their career. The role will require you develop the full training cycle in terms of design through to delivery and evaluation. There will be a small amount of recruitment involved but on a more ad-hoc basis. Being part of a larger team and reporting into the business development manager you will be required to provide a versatile service. You will be given the autonomy to develop areas that you see fit but you will be given support and guidance when needed.

Who we're looking for
The right candidate will have:
• Experience in both design and delivery
• The ability to influence across the board
• Strong communication skills
