Your main focus is to establish Nespresso as the market-leader for quality portioned coffees in the South West. This will be achieved through being a passionate ambassador of the Nespresso brand, maximising the visibility of Nespresso across all stores and through building strong relationships with store sales staff.
Key elements of your role will include:
• Managing a range of retail customers including major department stores as well as independent retailers to support them in the sell-out of the Nespresso system.
• Identifying stores with potential for high visibility placement of POS merchandise.
• Work on new business development by targeting key retail destinations and acquiring accounts
• Maximising interest/demand at store level by communicating consumer trends and premium positioning of Nespresso.
• Managing in-store demonstration activities according to trade guidelines, working with our outsourced demonstration partner for recruitment, planning, training, coaching of in-store demonstrators.
• Being the coffee specialist/expert in terms of selling the Nespresso system vs.competitor machines and systems.
Who we're looking for
• You will have an excellent sales track record working for a market leading FMCG brand
• Excellent communication/influencing skills.
• Strong customer service focus.
• Strong customer planning/time management skills.
• Creativity with in-store merchandising.
• Graduate Business qualification or equivalent experience.
