Accountabilities include:
Budgetary, Rent review and lease renewals, acquisitions & disposals, property management, rating & asset management.

RICS qualified
Proven track record in a similar role
Excellent communication
Thorough attention to detail
Good planning and prioritisation
Ability to cope under pressure

An East Midland retailer with a turnover in excess of £300M. They are looking to grow on their current portfolio of 100 out of town properties.
What's on offer
Basic salary of £40,000 - £45,000 plus benefits
