As Market Research Manager based in Farnham you will be responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive programme of market research to inform the strategic planning of the University College and the development of its portfolio of courses and its service offering. This will involve developing and maintaining targeted consumer insight programmes, developing a thorough understanding of target market dynamics and key trends, identifying areas for future growth, evaluating the market attractiveness of new and existing courses and providing advice on the effective pricing of those courses.

You will build relationships with colleagues across all areas in order to report on your findings and consult on any necessary changes required as a result of these findings.

Who we're looking for
As Market Research Manager you will:
• Be able to provide evidence of successful management of strategic and tactical market research projects
• Have had exposure to consumer segmentation and insight generation
• Understand qualitative and quantitative methodologies
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Enjoy working in a team environment, influencing colleagues at a senior level
• Be of market research graduate calibre (MRS)
• An understanding of the Higher Education and/or Creative Arts Study area would be advantageous

The University College for the Creative Arts is one of Europe's leading specialist arts and design institutions. Building on a proud tradition of creative arts education spanning 150 years, we have 6,500 students following pre-degree, undergraduate and postgraduate courses in architecture, art, design, fashion, media and communication. The organisation is working towards full university title this year and has recently reshaped its Marketing & Communications team.
