Assistant Solicitor - Corporate Tax

Who we're looking for
Our client is looking for an Assistant Solicitor for their expanding Corporate Tax department.

Having qualified with a reputable firm, you will have specialised in providing Corporate advice to a wide range of clients. The ATII qualification is not essential provided that you can demonstrate sound technical knowledge. You will be keen to work for a commercial firm and be an integral part of the development of this specialist department.

You will have experience in corporate and property tax including mergers/demergers, tax planning, private equity issues, strategies, share schemes, projects, VAT and SDLT.
