Training Manager

This is an exciting time to join a growing team of L&D professionals in a new position within the retail business. Working closely with the rest of the L&D team and with HR, the NVQ Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating the company wide NVQ program. This includes management of the external training providers, coordinating activities for the learners and reporting on activity for the business. You will be able to create strong working relationships and manage your time effectively in a business that spans the whole UK. Based in the London Head Office.

Who we're looking for
A true training professional, you will have experience of managing NVQ schemes, external providers and the Learning Skills Council. Retail experience would be preferred but is not essential.

What's on offer
Between £30,000 and £35,000 depending on experience
