The Electrical Contracts Manager will be responsible for managing a number of electrical projects, ranging from a few thousand pounds in value to £1million.
They will take responsibility for the projects from estimating, through procurement and project management phases, to completion and handover.
Who we're looking for
Ideally an ONC/HNC qualified Contracts Manager, Part 3 and Test & Inspection qualified.
This individual will ideally have had exposure to all stages of the project process, including, pricing, design and site management.
