Working as part of the Retail Human Resources team, the HR Manager will deliver on key HR activities and provide full advisory service to stores on HR and recruitment related matters. Key responsibilities include employee relations, recruitment, development of new stores, retention, communication and reporting. The role will be based in London and will have responsibility for a region in the UK therefore some travel will be expected.
Who we're looking for
From a regional retail background, the HR Manager will be a self starter with a strong focus on results. Your CV will display commercial achievements attained throughout your Human Resources career. You will be strong on employee relations and enjoy the pace of retail
