Group Head of Communications and PR

This new role is pivotal to achieving success for the group's strategic objectives and will lead, direct, motivate, drive and monitor the activities of the Group's Communication, Marketing & PR Strategies. The key aims of this role will be to celebrate Orbit's achievements, to engage staff and residents, to effectively promote the group to potential staff and residents, to position Orbit to exert the maximum influence on policy makers and to effectively manage Orbit's image.

Developing on the success of the Marketing & Communications team, this role will coordinate all National external liaison and communications activity and win support from a wide range of stakeholders. You will identify and exploit publicity opportunities proactively and deliver campaigns to raise and maintain the high profile of the Orbit Group.

Who we're looking for
We are keen to hear from candidates who are confident, influential and display gravitas in this key and visible post. Your Communications skill set will be exceptional, as will your proven capability of designing and delivering effective Marketing & Communications Strategies. You will have a demonstrable track record in a Senior Management context and will be proud to show off your impressive career portfolio.
