Preparation of Monthend Accounts from SAP data
Input of Monthend Accounts into AFFRIM and associated external ad hoc reports
Input of narrative into IRIS
Investigation of Manufacturing Variances and overhead Variances
Review of Accruals and Prepayments preparation by Finance Officers
Preparation of Key Headlines reporting to Macclesfield and lead contact for monthend
Analysis of Stock forecast figures
Avlon Contribution report to Macclesfield
Forecasting:
Forecasting Quarterly and monthly updates where required of Site results
Liaison with key site spend managers: maintenance(Engineers) Planning and Product Managers For Volumes and ad hoc changes Plant Managers and HOD's
Annual Budgets:
Planning, preparation and collation of Site budgets for Materials and Overheads for2009
Meetings with Key contacts to assess changes and collation of overheads and input to System
Site Rep Api/PFT:
Finance Representative on Product Flow team and Supply Chain team
Quantification of Financial impact of team decision making
Key Reporting to Product Manager
