As Senior HR Advisor you will have the management responsibility of both an HR Advisor and an HR Administrator. You will be responsible for providing generalist HR advice, support and guidance to multiple sites within Hampshire. This will include HR Planning, Recruitment, Reward, Performance Management, Staff Development and Employee Relations. You will work closely with managers to ensure that HR Best Practice is delivered.

Who we're looking for
This role would suit an HR Advisor looking for the next step in their career. As Senior HR Advisor you will have full responsibility for your team and for the operational HR service provided over multiple locations.You will be a minimum of part CIPD qualified with strong operational HR experience.Essential for this role will be proven working knowledge of Trade Union environments.
