The main focus of this role is to grow our clientsHealthcare book by delivering new partner business through business development. The role includes management of a small team of key account managers and management, growth and profitability from existing partners.

Who we're looking for
• Extensive business development experience<BR>• Solid Insurance experience(preferably with some underwriting experience)
• Healthcare experience<BR>• People development, management & leadership (small sales or business development teams)
• Relationship management (long term partnership development)

What's on offer
