The role will deal with purchasing, sales and remortgage transactions as well as repossession/insolvency Conveyancing. Your role is to:

• Demonstrate comprehensive and dependable skills across the range of work you do, reflected in an increased fee earning capability and improved matter hours / chargeable time and net recovery rates
• Handle a significant workload with an appropriate level of supervision
• Recognise and manage risk effectively
• Behave professionally at all times by demonstrating professional and ethical conduct

• Meet agreed fee earning targets and have an understanding of key financial issues relevant to your role
• Manage time effectively to maximise the profitability of your work and be developing your organisational skills
• Develop your client relationship and client care skills
