Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will work closely with senior service professionals in pursuing new business opportunities, and for existing business ensuring that all financial obligations are met.
• Ensure that financial contractual requirements are translated into service delivery post-win
• Ensure contract compliance in respect of all commercial and financial clauses.
• Provide financial and audit reports for customers
• Ensuring invoices are raised in a timely fashion with all required supporting information.
• Credit Control
• Period/Year End financial closedown for all individual contracts and services, including journals, income deferral and reporting.
• Internal variance management and reporting, including forecasts, in relation to individual contracts & services
• Tactical Budget management, co-ordination of budgets
• Quality check and submission of all contract and service budgets
• Financial transactions and financial contract management, including support and review of compliance with financial procedures
• Project support and guidance
Who we're looking for
We are looking for full or part-qualified team players, with a high level of financial acumen, communication, presentation skills and an understanding of audit requirements and financial control are required.
