This Employment Associate role has come in place due to high volume of work that the department is undertaking. An opportunity to handle a good size caseload on an unsupervised basis, handling both Employers and Claimant work. Great corporate support.
High business development opportunities are available, in which the department has quick turnover in work.

Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will have a good background in Employment Law. Be able to work on both contentious and non-contentious caseload. Have the ability to work on an unsupervised basis.
Candidates with a much stronger background in Employment could see this role with a view to further progression.
