New opportunity to join this expanding Corporate / commercial team of an established West Midlands practice. Our client is looking for candidates with either solid corporate transactional experience or broader more general commercial experience including commercial contracts.
Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will be a Corporate Solicitor with a strong background in this field.Experience of handling mergers and acquisition cases, able to advise and prepare distribution agreements, and also terms and conditions. marketing will be essential.
About our client
Our client is one of the longest established law firms in the walsall, West Midlands. Their client base includes OMB's and PLC's, regional and national organisations. The Corporate Solicitor candidate will be joining a team of four, including two Partners.
