Reporting to the Director of the Advanced Solutions Group, you will be responsible for setting overall EMEA Advanced Solutions strategic direction, including growth targets, goals and objectives along with all aspects of new business development, management and programs across all vertical markets and major industries while positively impacting P&L and increasing market share.
Fantastic opportunity to play a role of a key influencer within the business, coordinating strategic initiatives involving pricing arrangements, support and delivery performance.
Key responsibilities include:
• Responsible for the growth of value-add solutions within EMEA including growing existing business and new solutions
• Preparation of business plans, strategic marketing and consultative selling, project fulfilment, best of breed processes and effective implementations
• Development and implementation of Pan-European document solutions
• Establish strong cross-functional relationships at all levels
Who we're looking for
Key skills include:
• Strong background of developing business process re-engineering and workflow processes with an understanding of vertical market solutions
• Excellent business and consulting background along with solid vertical marketing skills
• Proven P&L responsibility
• Excellent interpersonal and management skills
• Voice of the Customers experience is a plus
• Exposure to a document solutions organisation preferred
• Experience working in a matrix management environment
• Strong sense of gravitas and unafraid to challenge the status quo
• Ability to network throughout all levels of the business
• An international outlook
