As a Local Business Manager you will be based in branch in a customer facing role supporting small business in the Scunthorpe area. You will have daily contact with your clients and advise on a wide range of financial products and services.
You will also have some responsibility for generating new business by creating a reputation for exceptional service and identifying opportunities to increase your portfolio in the area.

Who we're looking for
• From a retail sales background, you will have already be working in a customer service environment and be used to providing the highest standards of pre and post-sales care. You will also have proven ability of working towards and beating sales targets and other key performance indicators.
• Personality, tenacity, the ability to build a rapport - these are all essential skills that will set you on an interesting and diverse career in banking.
• All applicants MUST HAVE the ability to demonstrate excellent face-to-face sales skills.
