Our Client's leading Construction team is seeking an experienced Solicitor to join their team. The dedicated law team advise employers, main contractors and sub-contractors on all aspects of construction law.
This exceptionally busy department is headed by an extremely experienced Partner recommended in Chambers and the Legal 500. The works consists of contentious and non-contentious construction of a wide nature acting for Employers, Contractors, Subcontractors and the Professional Team.
The successful candidate will assist the negotiating and drafting contracts and all associated documentation, right through to risk management and dispute resolution in the context of adjudication, mediation, arbitration and litigation.
The successful candidate will also assist with existing client portfolios and will be keen to develop their own.
Who we're looking for
A confident team player, with successful background in Construction. Have the ability to work well with high net worth Cliental. A candidate that has the ability to promote and develop the Construction and Engineering Group.
