Our client seeks to recruit an experience solicitor in Private client Law. The role will include both simple and complex will drafting, general probates, setting up and administering trusts, and elderly client work including Enduring Powers of Attorney. It would also be advantageous to have experience in court of Protection or Taxation work.
Who we're looking for
You must have experience of managing your own case load and demonstrate a desire to take an active involvement in the marketing and development of the Private Client Department. Good IT skills are also essential.
