A new position has been created in the Derby office for a Legal advisor to report directly into the Head of Legal to assist on general commercial matters. Your role will be to support planned bids for the company.
Who we're looking for
To be considered for this position you will need to have a strong background in dealing with general commercial contracts. 60% of your time will be spent advising, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, 30% will be project support advising procurement on supplier terms and conditions. The final 10% of your time will be advising on claims, contractual aspects of potential claims, pursuing/defending claims as necessary.
