Exciting opportunity for an Employment Assistant Solicitor to work within this department.
Who we're looking for
A candidate that had experience of handling contentious and non contentious employment matters and managing own caseload, particular experience of discrimination issues would be an advantage.

Department: the specialist team can provide practical, timely and cost effective guidance and solutions on all aspects of employment regulation. Services include drafting and reviewing contracts of employment, guidance on devising and implementing employment policies and procedures, termination and dismissal, and workplace disputes including harassment and discrimination. The team can also deal with the documentation and legal representation needed for Employment Tribunal proceedings and provide in-house seminars, updates and training to minimise claims.
