Senior Finance Quality Manager

As Finance Quality Manager you will play a critical role in delivering a high profile Finance change programme. The main responsibilities will be
• Developing and enhancing the Programme
• Facilitating the building and establishment of a process management system
• Sponsoring and supporting systems analysis, process improvement and re-engineering projects within the Finance function
• Coaching and supporting project team members in process improvement / quality methods tools and techniques

Who we're looking for
• Financial services experience<BR>• Quality project management experience (lean, six sigma or TQM)
• Business and systems change experience<BR>• Financial acumen
• Strong academics

Technical Skill Requirements
• Quality Management - should be proficient in at least one quality method or framework (e.g. Lean, ISO, TQM), and/or have a good understanding of the discipline and its correct application
• IDEF0 (essential, although can be learnt)
• Process Mapping (e.g. UML or BPMN is ideal)
• Grounding in Process Analysis (e.g. Value Stream / Workflow Analysis, Activity Based Costing)
• Modelling Packages - good proficiency with of a modelling package, VISIO desired (PROVISION & NIMBUS favourable)
• Business Process Re-engineering - you should be proficient in at least one BPR method (e.g. COBRA), and/or have a good understanding of the discipline and its correct application
• Process Improvement Methods - Project Management Method - should be proficient in at least one project management method (PRINCE2 is preferred), and/or have a good understanding of the discipline and its correct application
• Systems Development Life Cycle - the Quality Manager should have a working knowledge of the end-to-end systems development life cycle, but specifically
