At Michael Page we understand that a high calibre candidate requires a high calibre service from their consultancy. All too often we hear of candidates being mis-sold roles, of a failure to really listen to their needs and of contact disappearing after the first few weeks of being registered. Whilst we can't control what other agencies do, we can commit to providing a better service than anyone else in the market. Not only does it make our own job more enjoyable, but there is also a much greater likelihood that we'll see you again in the future, both for further career advice and eventual recruitment needs. Our aim is to give a service that you will enjoy using and recommending to friends and colleagues.

Our Mentoring Scheme is aimed at differentiating us from the many recruitment agencies that are vying for your attention. We realise that without candidates, we don't have a business and we understand the need to work with you closely to identify your likes and dislikes and career aspirations. If what you've read sounds like the sort of candidate care you'd expect, please don't hesitate to call your local office for an informal chat.

The sort of advice you can expect will include CV guidance, interview techniques and long-term career planning. After meeting you, we'll devise an action plan in partnership with you to ensure you are put forward for only appropriate roles and organisations and that we respond swiftly to both initial and subsequent queries. You will have a dedicated point of contact at your local office, but we'll also ensure that all the relevant consultants within Michael Page are made aware of your details so that you have access to the full range of vacancies. Throughout, we'll give a balanced assessment of your strengths and weaknesses, those of our clients and relay honest and constructive feedback back to you at all times.

Who we're looking for
We're looking for top quality finance professionals in the South West market place who expect the same from their consultancy. As the leading recruiter of finance staff in the South West, we're interested in talking to qualified and part qual ACA/ACCA accountants who are either looking for their next career move or giving some thought to the direction in which their career is moving and are seeking some informal advice about what options are open to them. We're also keen to chat to those who might be actively looking at the moment and feel a little disillusioned with the service they've so far received from their existing agency.
