Reporting to the Area Director, this Partnership Manager will lead the partnership team in developing and maintaining effective client relationships which is fundamental in maximising the performance and profitability of the partnership contract.
The Partnership Manager will be responsible for the P&L of the partnership contract and the performance of the operational team.
Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will be an experienced operational manager, ideally with experience in the social housing contracting sector and exposure to Planned Maintenance, Decent Homes or WHQS programmes would be beneficial.
This individual will have a proven record of leading a multidisciplinary team, with profit & loss responsibility and the ability to represent the company in front of the client.
