As an Area Manager you will manage a busy area in the North of Scotland. You will be fully accountable for all aspects of your area of stores including areas such as:
• Profit and Loss and Budgeting
• Recruitment, Development and Training
• Business auditing and Maintenance of standards
• Legal compliance in all aspects of the business.
• Area Management, North Scotland

Who we're looking for
A track-record of multi-site management. Ideally you will be an area manager in food service or drinks sector. You can demonstrate an understanding of managing 5 or more branded retail outlets at one time. The ability to demonstrate a working understanding of retail P&L and a proven track record in recruitment of a solid management team.
