Working at our clients offices in Liverpool this role encompasses a broad range of pensions law matters. These include advising trustees and employers on all aspects of the Pensions and Finance Acts, the winding up of pension schemes, money purchase conversions, reviewing and updating scheme documentation as well as advising on investment related matters such as complex investment contracts, regulation and management.

Who we're looking for
You will be technically strong with excellent numerical and organisational skills. You must have sat at least one seat in Pensions Law with a top regional or national practice.

Working within the Liverpool office the Pensions team advises on all aspects of pension scheme regulation, corporate transactions, pension litigation, remuneration and restructuring.
