You will be responsible to manage a team of Relationship Managers
Your responsibility will be split between :
• Creating a successful environment where all Business Targets are met
• Coaching team members
• Assisting deal structures
• Driving the Banks opportunities by liasing with Corporate Directors
• Building the brand within the market place
• Structuring a Business Plan

Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will be highly developed in Commercial and Business awareness, with strong leadership skills.

You will have a comprehensive understanding of Risk ,Taxation and Pricing Policies, and a strong in-depth experience of selling Asset Finance.
