Project Associate, Professional Oversight Board

A Project Associate is required to support Project Managers by taking on and delivering significant elements of projects relevant to accounting and auditing. In particular, the Project Associate will be responsible for:
- assisting with the scoping, planning and execution of annual compliance monitoring activities over the recognised audit bodies;
- undertaking of research an analysis; and
- drafting reports and papers for the Board.

Who we're looking for
This role requires good interpersonal skills, especially with regard to concise and clear report writing. Role holders should be self-starters, comfortable with planning and organising their work to meet deadlines with little supervision and developing innovative yet workable proposals.
Although it is likely that applicants will be qualified accountants ( ACA, ACCA or CIMA ), applicants able to demonstrate a strong understanding of the accountancy profession or regulation but from other disciplines will be considered (e.g. management consultancy).
