As a Partner, you will assist Stores with all internal Training and Development and the day to day running of the profitability of your store. You will also be responsible for assisting with brand integrity in terms of Merchandising and Store standards. The role is part of the Joint venture programme that Specsavers have been running with great success for the past few years.
Who we're looking for
You will have a lot of energy and enthusiasm, a determination to grow your career with a well established and blue-chip Business. Actual experience is not important but preference will be given to those who have had management experience in blue-chip Retailers. You will have a passion for retailing and ultimately will want to run your own business successfully. Flexibility in terms of geography would be preferred within either the Midlands, North East or North West of England with an immediate need in Newcastle.
