You will be responsible for all aspects of day-to-day accounting and financial reporting for this prestigious philanthropic foundation based in Central London.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Preparing monthly management accounts including budgets and forecasts;
* Preparing annual financial statements in accordance with UK charity recommended practice;
* Maintaining accounting records;
* Monitoring cash flow requirements;
The role also involves maintaining branch accounting records for a company operating within the same office.
Who we're looking for
A fully qualified accountant, you will have an excellent academic background, relevant experience in the charity sector and be a credible and confident communicator. Reporting to the Finance Director, the successful candidate must be able to work autonomously, understand all aspects of the Foundation's activities, and ideally have experience in multi-currency accounting and investment accounting.
