Our client provides advice to both local and international companies and individuals on a full range of non-contentious corporate and commercial matters. The office regularly advises on establishing and conducting business in Dubai and the Northern Emirates, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, employment matters, distribution and franchise arrangements, and the protection of intellectual property rights.

Who we're looking for
We are looking for a team-playing construction lawyer to join a busy and booming practice. The ideal candidate will already have built up considerable private practice construction experience. The role will involve a mixture of international contentions and non-contentious construction work, with a bias towards non-contentious.
