Who we're looking for
An intelligent corporate lawyer with experience from a top class international law firm and with specific experience in the fields of corporate finance and private equity. You will also have been involved in running your own deals and have had regular contact with clients, both during the completion of deals and in a business development context. We will look at candidates with strong City or commonwealth experience and would be particularly interested in regional candidates within the UK who will have had good hands on experience. Arabic language skills would also be a distinct advantage.
