In a true Generalist role you will take full responsibility for the running of a well established distribution site who support a variety of different contacts.
Based on the outskirts of Gloucester within in easy access of the M5 you will get involved with; recruitment and manpower planning, disciplinary and grievance, management of union relationships, performance management and employee relations for C350 staff.
As an HR manager who has had experience of ideally working within the blue collar sector you must be confident to manage people issues at all levels within a challenging business and have strong stakeholder management skills.

Who we're looking for
• Ideally CIPD qualified
• Working knowledge of the distribution or manufacturing sector
• Union knowledgewould be beneficial.
