Country Manager

The overall function of the successful Country Manager will be to position and increase the visibility of Insight Agents' products in the UK market and to ensure Sales are maximised. The Country Manager will also undertake the following responsibilities:
• Define and implement Sales & Marketing strategies in the UK that are agreed with the Insight Agents management.
• Develop and nurture personal contacts with all clients but also with key opinion leaders and key decision makers within the market.
• Organise, recruit and manage the operational team that will sit within the UK structure.
• Report all Sales and Financial numbers to Insight Agents GmbH, via the Hiring Manager Mr Arnaud Pilat, International Sales Development Director.

Who we're looking for
The successful individual will need to have the following skills and profile:
• Success in sales of Contrast Media (ideally) or possibly small medical devices used in the Radiology environment (Tubes, Power Injectors etc).
• Demonstrable track record of managing a Sales team.
• In-depth knowledge of the NHS and of participating in tenders of significant value.
• Technical knowledge of Contrast Media and a background that can demonstrate having worked within that environment.
• Project management skills coupled with experience of having worked in a regulated, pharmaceutical environment.
Overall you will be an extremely credible and results-orientated sales professional with the drive and desire to help build Insight Agents GmbH within the UK market. You will be comfortable working autonomously and display a communicative and persevering attitude that will help contribute towards your success.
