The successful candidate will be responsible for contributing to the provision of a professional purchasing service to UK business sectors, which not only meets but exceeds client and customer needs. They will be supervising day to day work activities as well as insuring best practice within supplier selection, negotiation and contract development. Covering a plethora of procurement categories, you will be key in sourcing and negotiating products and services for food/non food areas. Optimisation ofpricing levels, quality and service are also going to be key.

Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will have experience in various categories of procurementwithin a largecompany preferable in food services or relevant sectors. You will have:
• Awareness of Market trends and factors influencing category prices within the UK and Ireland.
• Strong negotiating experience at various points in the complete procurement process.
• Experience of E-Auctioning and E-Tendering.
• Good understanding of yields, category analysis and new product development.
