As part of their commitment to identify fresh HR talent to operate as change agents across the business our client are looking to secure a business focused HR Business Partner capable of influencing high calibre stakeholders at varying levelsacross a complexbusiness.
The ideal candidates for this role must be able to demonstrate a strong track record in delivering practical yet innovative HR solutions to a demanding customer base. You will also be a strong generalist with true HR Business Partnering skills as you will pushed hard in a demanding environment were you are expected to work autonomously and contribute to the wider HR issues affecting the business.
Who we're looking for
• Strategic thinkers, comfortable with day to day operational HR work
• CIPD qualified or equivalent
• Clear confident communicators
